· Winter Short Course Championships

You have been invited to participant in 2023 Swimming North Coast Development Program - we have attached the following to assist you in selecting the correct development squad for the 2023 Development Program

Expression of Interest to attend 2023 SNC Development Program

 

The Development Dates are as followed 

·        National Age Area Representative Squad – NAARS – Date and Venue to be confirmed

 

·        SAARS and JAARS

 

o   Sunday 21st May 2023 – Great Lakes Aquatics & Leisure Centre

o   Sunday 4th June 2023 – South Grafton Indoor Pool

o   Sunday 16th July 2023 – Evans Head Aquatic Centre

 

·        SADS,JADS and OADS

 

o   Sunday 21st May 2023 – Forster Aquatics

o   Sunday 4th June 2023 – South Grafton Indoor Pool

o   Sunday 16th July 2023 – Evans Head Aquatic Centre

 

Swimmers who attended and competed in an individual event at 2023 Australian Swimming Age Championship, Australian Swimming Championships or Australian Swimming Open Water will automatically be allocated in NAARS Squad

 

Swimmers who attended and competed in an individual event at either Swimming NSW Senior or Junior State Age Championship or NSW Country Championship will automatically be allocated into SAARS or JAARS Squad depending on age at the time of the meet.

 

Swimmers who had Qualifying Time at the close of entries but did not attend meet to be allocated into NAARS, SAARS or JAARS may apply for special consideration to be allocated in these squads however must provide the following information – Stroke, Distance, Time, Place and Date they achieved the Qualifying Time

 

If you are unsure of the Qualifying Time for any of the below events please email the SNC Development Committee who will make the Qualifying Time available.

· 2023 - Australian Swimming Championships QT

· 2022 - SNSW State Senior Age Championships QT

· 2023 - SNSW State Junior Age Championship QT 

· 2023 - SNSW Country Championship QT

 

Swimming North Coast has set a Development Squad Levy for 2022 Development Program

·        NAARS - Squad Levy to be advised

·        SAARS -$25 per squad member or $50.00 per squad member including a development shirt

·        JAARS -$25 per squad member or $50.00 per squad member including a development shirt

·        SADS -  $25 per squad member or $50.00 per squad member including a development shirt

·        JADS -   $25 per squad member or $50.00 per squad member including a development shirt

·        OADS -  $25 per squad member or $50.00 per squad member including a development shirt

·        MC - Squad Levy to be advised
